We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If there is a cancellation less than 24 hours before or a no-show at the appointment time we charge $25 cancellation fee for each room. This will be charged to the credit card on file. If you were intending to use a gift card, you do have the option to have the cancellation fee deducted from the gift card balance if you prefer.
